身体の奥に眠る記憶や衝動を呼び覚まし、「動き」を通して新たな表現を探る3日間のワークショップ。舞踏とコンテンポラリーダンス、二つのアプローチから、身体の内と外に広がる世界を体験します。

■9日（火）、10日、（水） 15:00-18:00

前半｜講師:水越朋（コンテンポラリーダンス）

イメージから立ち上がる身体の動きに焦点を当て、舞踏的アプローチを踏まえながらも、より積極的に“動き”に踏み込んでいきます。身体内部の微細な衝動や感覚の揺らぎを丁寧に追っていき、内部・外部へと広がるムーブメントに発展していきます。

後半｜講師:南阿豆（舞踏）

東日本大震災の傷跡や記憶を個の体を通じ、社会問題として作品を創作してきた南阿豆のソロ「ScarTissue」の振付を体験します。「背中」や「闇の舞」など、舞踏の創始者・土方巽にも通じる重要なテーマをもとに進めます。2日目には簡単な創作も実施予定。

A three-day workshop exploring movement that emerges from deep within the body—where Butoh and contemporary dance intersect.

Through both approaches, we will awaken inner sensations and expand them outward into expressive motion.

◆ December 9 (Tue) & 10 (Wed) 15:00-18:00

Part I | Instructor: Tomo Mizukoshi (Contemporary Dance)

Focusing on movements that arise from images, we will explore the essence of motion itself, while keeping a reference to a Butoh approach.

By carefully tracing subtle impulses and delicate fluctuations of sensation within the body, movements will unfold and expand from the inside outward.

Part II | Instructor: Azu Minami (Butoh)

Participants will experience choreography from「ScarTissue」, a solo work by Azu Minami that transforms the wounds and memories of the Great East Japan Earthquake into physical expression.

Themes such as “the back” and “the darkness” resonate with the works of Butoh founder Tatsumi Hijikata.

On the second day, we will also engage in a short creative session together.

A special workshop connected to the performance "Vestige of Memory".

Working in pairs, participants will explore dancing with memories—through choreography and the tactile experience of costume and gesture.
